Bathing Ape aka Bape
A Bathing Ape Fall/Winter 2009 Style Manual
Bape presents their Fall/Winter 2009 Style Manual, basically a lookbook, showcasing their new collection. The brand goes into a more sophisticated and overall less sporty direction next season, offering ties and lots of button-down shirts for Fall/Winter. It will become really interesting seeing the direction the brand will take once Tet from WTAPS really takes over the creative direction.
Bape Baby Milo x Chrome Hearts Plush Toy
Once again Bape presents an interesting new collaborative project, this time with LA jewelry/lifestyle brand Chrome Hearts. Together the two brands worked on the Baby Milo character plush toy. The toy comes in two colorways and received some nice custom eyes and a pendant from Chrome Hearts. The Bape Baby Milo x Chrome Hearts Plush Toy will be released at United Arrows and at Bape Stores soon.
Bape x TEPE Toothbrush
Nigo gives us a look at the Bape x TEPE Toothbrush. There are three colorways of the toothbrush, one being coated in 24k gold. Furthermore the toothbrush features several icons from the Bape graphic catalogue.
A Bathing Ape x Undercover “Nowhere” sneaker
The original Nowhere store was operated in the 90’s by Nigo (A Bathing Ape) and Jun Takashi (Undercover) in Harajuku, Tokyo. Earlier this year, that store front was recreated at Dover Street Market in London, where we have already seen the resurgence of their original Last Orgy 2 brand.
Now we have a look at a collaborative A Bathing and Undercover “Nowhere” sneaker. Set against the iconic Bape green camo, the shoe’s Jack Purcell-like silhouette features an inset “Nowhere” toe cap and a co-branded footbed. These will be available soon at Nowhere’s shop-in-shop at Dover Street Market London.

As part of their Summer 2009 Collection, Bape has released the Bape Sta X Pack. The pack consists of overall six colorways of the sneaker, all featuring a multicolor patent leather upper and one of the infamous Bape characters on the heel.

A nice and clean Bape Sta is coming from the Bape Summer 2009 Collection. The sneaker features a mixed leather/suede upper with a nylon Bape Sta logo stripe. These are now available at Bape Store around the globe.
Bape Store London Opening Soon
Until now London only had a Busy Work Shop, but that is about to change. The transformed Busy Work Shop will open on July 18th as a full Bape Store in London. On July 18th at 11am the doors will open and you can be sure that the store will carry some special product for the opening.

Bape Summer 2009 Collection the Bape Sta 88
As part of the Bape Summer 2009 Collection the Bape Sta 88 release both in low top and high top versions in new colorways. The uppers come in classic white premium leathers and accents are set in red and green, with both styles coming in each two colorways.
BBC/Ice Cream x Zozotown
After A Bathing Ape with Bapeland, BBC/Ice Cream is also making its way onto online shopping platform Zozotown. The store will be launched on 1rst of July and for the occasion they will of course be releasing some special items. The line-up includes a mesh cap, two t-shirts and denim.

The Bape Ultra Skull Sta comes as part of their Summer 2009 collection in three new colorways. It is nice to see that they kept it classic with the shell toe sneaker and only used black, white and grey colors on the upper. Overall three new colorways are available now.

As part of the Bape Summer 2009 Collection comes a new Bapex Clear. This time they present the watch in a pink/green and a green/pink colorway. For the summer certainly a refreshing look.

Once again Bape brings out some new metallic footwear. The Road Sta comes in metallic gold and metallic silver, as well as their sandal version of the Bapesta sneaker – the Shooting Sta. The uppers are all metallic, including the logo.

Bape presents their new Neon Camo Hemp Accessories Collection. The collection consists of a backpack, a messenger bag and two sizes of tote bags. All bags feature a beige upper with a brown camo pattern and black accents. The messenger bag also features a reflective stripe.
