The first delivery of the Fall 2009 collection have been released by Gourmet, a brand which takes the sporty aesthetics of nostalgic sneaker designs, such as Air Jordan VII and the Huarache, and turns it into stylized footwear. They have used epi leather, box leather and soft canvasin this season for the uppers with simple one color outsole design. Cinque, Nove, Uno and Quattro models come in monotone colorways in black, white, brown, navy and shade of greys with minimal details that are set off with waxed shoe laces. Nike Dunk High Nylon Silver red blue



The Nike Dunk High Nylon was originally released as a Quickstrike from Nike in the Fall of 2008 and now almost nearly a year later, the sneaker giant has released a similar colorway in the same Nylon treatment from the year before. The upper show the use of a soft nylon material in a off White/Silver, the Swoosh is Red, and the laces are Blue. You can pick these up now at select Nike Sportswear retailers including Standard.


Gourmet x Undefeated sneaker



Gourmet has collaborated with fellow Los Angeles based brand, UNDFTD, on a new pair of epi leather high top sneakers that use an embossed UNDFTD Strike Logo on the upper. The shoe’s entire upper uses a premium epi leather, the same leather that you may have seen before on various luxury goods such as Louis Vuitton accessories. The shoes have no release date at the moment, but stay tuned for more information.
